Our cancellation policy:
In order to meet our On Time Guarantee, we process orders as soon as they arrive. So, pretty much, once you've placed your order it's too late to cancel or make any changes. That being said, If you need to change or cancel your recently placed order, IMMEDIATELY reply to your confirmation email, with all pertinent details. We will reply to let you know the changes can be made if we have not already sent your order to print, or if it is too late.
Our refund policy:
If your order can be canceled before it is sent to print, we will refund your payment through the payment method originally used. If there is a problem with the order that is our mistake, we will fix it at absolutely no charge. If it is your mistake, we offer discounted reprints on our products.

Since everything we do is custom, we do not accept returns, all sales are final.
