Comodo High Assurance certificates enable a high level of encryption. They also confirm that a company is a legally accountable organization.
To receive a High Assurance SSL Certificate from Comodo, we had to demonstrate to them that we are an existing business, along with our control over the domain you are visiting. When you shop online, you deserve to be know who you are interacting with.

3. Shipping & Delivery Terms
On time guarantee: we will do absolutely EVERYTHING in our power to make sure your 5x3 team banner order arrives by Friday when you place your 5x3 team banner order by midnight Sunday. But (there's always a but, isn't there?). . . We are not in control ALL of the variables related to the production and delivery of your order. So, if there is a delay that is out of our control (supplier or shipper delays) we cannot be held responsible. In our over 25 years (25+ YEARS!!) of experience, these delays are VERY rare, so go ahead and get your order placed and don't stress, we'll take good care of you.
4. How to Reach Us
Phone calls: Pretty much, we DO NOT answer our phone. So, don't call us. EMAIL US, email is really best for all of us. That way, we'll all (you and us) have the important information in writing. For questions about an order you've placed, reply to your confirmation email. For other questions, visit our "Contact Us" page.
Communication: We only honor requests via email. We may text you to get your attention, but that text is going to ask you to email us. So, please: EMAIL US, do not text, do not call. And, when your email is something about your order, reply to your confirmation email. Since we work from home, we've been know to work some odd hours. So, if you send an email at 7pm (or even later), you just might get an answer right away! For questions about an order you've placed, reply to your confirmation email. 5. Payment Terms
Since everything we do is custom, payment is due in full when products are ordered. It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information. This includes entry of any applicable discount code at the time of placing your order as we do not partially refund after receiving an order. Additional fees may apply for services that are extra, but you must choose to purchase those services. We will never charge additional fees without your knowledge and approval.
6. Product Information
Users of the website shall be of lawful age to enter into contracts. Children not less than 13 years of age but not over 18 years of age can use the service only with the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian that agrees with these terms of service. If your child wants to help design their banner - let them! It's no surprise that kids figure out the Live Designer pretty easily - they've been raised using the computer and phone! Just make sure that they are being supervised, and that an adult over 18 actually places the order.
Your design on our Live Designer: Because the workspace of our Live Designer app is kind of small, we know it’s hard for you to perfectly align and size all of the elements of your banner. And, because your finished banner will have sewn hems and grommets on all four sides, we have to make sure the important parts of your design aren’t affected by them. So, with that in mind, we reserve the right to “tweak” the design you submit when you place an order with us.
Because customer supplied art (uploads) are not calibrated to our Live Designer and our printer's presses, we make no (ZERO) assurances to the color output of the printed banner. When our specifications from our FAQ's are correctly followed, the resulting output colors are accurate. However, since we are not in control of the creation of customer uploads, their compatibility and accuracy with our processes is not guaranteed by BannersUSA.
We do not accept returns, all sales are final, especially since our banners are custom made for you.
Cancellations/Refunds: Pretty much, once you've placed your order it's too late to cancel or make any changes. If you need to change or cancel your recently placed order, IMMEDIATELY reply to your confirmation email, it's your only hope (Obi-Wan). Oh, and when you do reply to your confirmation email with that hope to change, please provide the pertinent details in that email so we don't have to pry the information from you. In order to meet our On Time Guarantee, we process orders as soon as they arrive. And, since we mostly work from home, we process orders at all times of the day and night (yeah, we're a little crazy).
Mistakes: Since we're all human, we sometimes makes mistakes. If it is our mistake, we will fix it at absolutely no charge. If it is your mistake, we offer discounted reprints on our banners.
The materials appearing on BannersUSA's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BannersUSA does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. BannersUSA may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. BannersUSA does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason. We ALWAYS refund your payment if we cancel your order.
7. Liability Limitations

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, BannersUSA does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
